I started my acting career at the age of six, at the Rabarber Youth Theater school in The Hague, the Netherlands. At nine years old, I featured in National Theater’s Production of ‘Kleine Zielen’, by Couperus, touring the Netherlands for the season. As a child, I played the lead in Dutch Film Festival selected ‘De Angst van Zorg‘, by acclaimed Dutch director Maria Peters and had a supporting role in RTL produced television series ‘U Beslist’.
At age 14, I starred alongside two-time Academy Award winner Peter Ustinov in my first English spoken theater production, called Peace Child, for the United Nations’ Peace Conference. After some time focused on academics and getting a Communications Degree in Amsterdam, I returned to the acting industry in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014. Since then, I have starred in several features, including a double lead in SAE Institute’s short ‘King of the Nights’, a lead in 2015’s 48 Hour Short submission ‘Frog Hair’ and supporting roles in City Varsity’s ‘Yellow’ and Michael Bundred’s ‘Getaway’.
In 2017, I can be seen in international productions ‘The Dating Game Killer’ and Investigation Discovery’s ‘Killer Instinct’, which are both in post production. Furthermore, I co-created, wrote and starred in South African based short film ‘Exposure’, which will be released in late 2017. Alongside acting in series and films, I have starred in a large variety of international television commercials.
In 2016, I successfully completed the intensive summer acting program at the T.Schreiber Studio in New York. From 2014 to 2017, I trained weekly with the experienced Act Less, Be More collective in Cape Town, and have completed Uta Haagen based acting technique & monologue workshops by Rodini Films, a one-on-one audition workshop by Catalyst Films (Mito Skellern) and dialogue coaching with Judy Phillips and Bo Petersen. I am currently based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands
